I am an Out-Of-Network provider, however I am happy to provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. . I require a minimum of a 24 hour notice for all cancellations. This allows me time to accommodate any changes, and offer that time slot to individuals who may need to reschedule. If you let me know within 24 hours of your scheduled session that you need to cancel, and won’t be rescheduling, this is a late cancellation. If you are 10 minutes late to a session without communicating, this will be considered a “no-show”. If our session is a no show or late cancellation and we do not reschedule for that same week Monday-Friday, I will have to charge the full session fee.
I am flexible and understanding, so we can talk about cancellations when they happen.
