Your Path to THRIVE

I believe that everyone deserves a space where they can feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment. My mission is to provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy that empowers individuals, and couples to navigate life's challenges, build resilience, and create meaningful change.

Whether you're experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, grief, trauma, or simply feeling stuck, therapy can be a place to reconnect with yourself and move toward the life you want to live.

Many of the people I work with are navigating grief and loss, work and life stress, and relationship challenges that can leave them feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of what comes next. Maybe your loved one died and you’re trying to figure out how to move forward, your boyfriend or girlfriend broke up with you and you’re struggling with the loss of the relationship, or someone you love is no longer part of your life in the way they once were. You may be adjusting to a major life change, caring for a loved one, experiencing a breakup or relationship conflict, or trying to cope with a loss that others may not fully understand. In addition, I work with individuals managing stress related to chronic illness, and autoimmune diseases.

I also work with people experiencing anxiety, depression, burnout, self-criticism, perfectionism, emotional overwhelm, and difficulty setting boundaries. You might be stretched thin at work and home, feeling like you’re constantly taking care of everyone else, questioning whether you’re on the right career path, or struggling to balance your responsibilities with your own needs. Together, we can work through what you’re carrying, make sense of what has changed, and create space for greater clarity, confidence, connection, and a sense of purpose.

About me

Hi, I’m Lindsey, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist #164648. I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can show up as you are without judgment, pressure, or the expectation that you have everything figured out.

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I work with individuals, and couples, navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship concerns, life transitions, self-esteem, stress, trauma, and family conflict. I also have experience supporting neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD and autism. Together, we can explore the patterns, emotions, relationships, and experiences that may be getting in the way of feeling more connected, confident, and at ease.

I hold a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy, along with a graduate master’s certificate in Contemporary Addictive Behaviors and Treatment. My clinical work draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, trauma-informed approaches, and art-informed interventions. I also incorporate couples and relationship-focused work when appropriate.

I don’t believe therapy is about giving you a set of instructions for how to live your life. Instead, I see my role as walking alongside you, helping you better understand yourself, identify what you need, and develop tools that fit your life. Whether you’re working through grief, struggling with anxiety, navigating a major transition, or trying to improve your relationships, you don’t have to figure it all out alone.
