Anxiety Therapy

Anywhere in CA via telehealth

Let’s understand what’s been weighing on you and help you move forward.

If you’re reading this, anxiety has probably been taking up more space in your life than you would like. Maybe your mind feels like it never turns off, constantly replaying conversations, anticipating what could go wrong, or trying to prepare for every possible outcome. Maybe you feel a constant sense of pressure, tension, or worry, even when you know there is nothing immediately wrong.

Perhaps anxiety is affecting your sleep, relationships, work, or ability to enjoy the present moment. Maybe you find yourself avoiding situations that feel uncomfortable, overthinking every decision, or feeling exhausted from trying to keep everything under control. You may even be wondering why you can't just “calm down” or stop worrying when part of you knows your fears don't always make logical sense.

Here’s what I want you to know: anxiety is not a personal failure, and you don't have to keep managing it alone.

At Thrive with Hope, anxiety therapy is about more than simply learning to take deep breaths or challenging every anxious thought. Together, we'll work to better understand what may be contributing to your anxiety and the patterns that keep it going. This may include exploring past experiences, perfectionism, high expectations, relationships, life stress, or the ways your nervous system has learned to stay on high alert.

My approach to anxiety therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and personalized to you. We'll create space to understand what you're experiencing while also developing practical tools to help you feel more grounded, confident, and capable of navigating life's challenges.

You don't have to eliminate every worry or have everything under control to feel better. Therapy can help you spend less time stuck in fear and overthinking and more time feeling present in your life and moving toward what matters to you.

Anxiety can look different for everyone, but you don’t have to navigate it alone.
